Aldrich Commercial Caulking is a father-and-son team proudly serving the Tampa Bay area with over 25 years of commercial sealant and waterproofing experience. From office towers and airports to hospitals, condominiums, and historic buildings, we've helped protect some of Florida's most recognizable structures—including Rivergate Tower, the Tampa Bay Times Building, and Tampa International Airport.
Brian Aldrich has dedicated more than 25 years to the commercial caulking industry, building a reputation for expert craftsmanship, attention to detail, and solving the toughest waterproofing challenges. Beyond the job site, he's a devoted husband, father of seven, and proud grandfather of six.
Working alongside his father for more than six years, Brandon Aldrich has developed the same commitment to quality and precision. A fourth-generation St. Petersburg native, Brandon enjoys tackling complex leak investigations and high-access restoration projects, whether that means rappelling down high-rise buildings or finding solutions where others can't. He and his wife are raising two children in the community they proudly call home.
